- Advanced Simulation: Structured virtual screening workflows including e-pharmacophore screening, MMGBSA, and molecular dynamics simulations for protein-ligand interactions.
- Genomic Analysis: Performed genomic analysis for the State AMR Surveillance Project using ribosomal MLST, abricate analysis, and the Patric toolset.
- Software Innovation: Developed a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and a Google Colab Notebook for UniDock, optimizing GPU-accelerated docking for large molecular libraries.
- Machine Learning: Applied the Deep Docking Model to perform large-scale virtual screening with high efficiency.
